Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with New Wave Swim Buoy. This policy explains our order processing, shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking, and destination restrictions.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During promotions, holidays, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible at andrei@newwavegear.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.
Continental United States shipping rates
The following Standard Shipping rates apply to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. They do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
- Orders under $50: Standard Shipping is $7.95.
- Orders of $50 or more: Standard Shipping is free.
The order threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, and other charges. Standard Shipping is normally estimated at 7–10 business days after shipment. Expedited and carrier-calculated services may also be offered at checkout when available.
International shipping
International shipping is charged at cost. Available international destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other destination-country fees unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
We do not ship to Brazil or Mexico. Orders with shipping addresses in Brazil or Mexico cannot be completed. Other destination restrictions may apply; available destinations are shown at checkout.
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, local postal conditions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. New Wave Swim Buoy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control. If a shipment appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will help you review the available tracking information and carrier options.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may ship separately because of inventory location, product type, or fulfillment provider. Separate tracking information may be provided for each package.
